He was born in 1974 in Trabzon. Having completed his primary, secondary and high school education in İnegöl, Adem Yılmaz started trading with the construction materials industry. Yılmaz, who started to take an active role in non-governmental organizations along with his commercial life, served as a 2019-2023 CHP Bandırma Municipality Council Member, 2020-2021 Bandırmaspor Vice-President, 2021-2022 Bandırmaspor Deputy Chairman and 2021 Bandırma Industrialists and Businessmen's Association (BANSİAD) General Secretary. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Bandırma Chamber of Commerce since October. Adem Yılmaz is married and has two children.
