Bandırma Chamber of Commerce on the Field for the Development of Its Members
The Bandırma Chamber of Commerce continues its efforts to increase the competitiveness of its members, contribute to the development processes of businesses, and strengthen university-industry collaboration.
Member visits carried out within the scope of the cooperation protocol signed between the Bandırma Chamber of Commerce and Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Technology Transfer Office (BANÜ TTO) continued with Kayaoğlu Makine Nak. İnş. Ltd. Şti.
On-Site Support for Members
These visits aim to identify the needs of chamber member companies on-site, provide guidance in areas such as R&D project consultancy, reporting, corporate transformation, digitalization, training, and sustainability. At the same time, they aim to bring the university's academic knowledge accumulation together with the business world and foster a culture of joint projects.
Institutionalization and Digital Transformation Process Evaluated
During the visit to Kayaoğlu Makine San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., which operates in various fields primarily conveyor systems, hygiene equipment, food machinery equipment, and fertilizer mixing machines, the company's production processes and sectoral needs were discussed.
In the meeting held with company officials, comprehensive evaluations were made regarding the challenges encountered during the institutionalization process, making university-industry collaboration more effective, digital transformation applications, and the importance of financial literacy for businesses. During the meeting, mutual ideas were also exchanged on cooperation opportunities that will support the sustainable growth of companies.
Visit Ended with Productive Discussions
The visit—attended by Kayaoğlu Makine San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. General Manager Aykut Kayaoğlu, Deputy General Manager Ayberk Kayaoğlu, Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Technology Transfer Office General Manager Asst. Prof. Dr. Hatice Batmantaş, Technology Transfer Office Vice Manager Lecturer Fuat Berke Gül, and Bandırma Chamber of Commerce Project Coordinator Yağmur Sungur—concluded after a Q&A session and sectoral evaluations.
The Bandırma Chamber of Commerce continues its efforts to identify the needs of its members on-site, produce projects that will contribute to the development of businesses, and strengthen university-industry collaboration.
