SALARY PROMOTION PROTOCOL SIGNED BETWEEN THE BANDIRMA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND YAPI KREDİ BANK

The Bandırma Chamber of Commerce and Yapı Kredi Bank have signed a three-year salary promotion protocol covering the salary payments of the Chamber’s employees.

Under the agreement, the salaries of the Bandırma Chamber of Commerce staff will be paid through Yapı Kredi Bank for the next three years. As part of the protocol, employees will also receive a salary promotion payment from the Bank.

The protocol was signed by Bahadır Çolak, Chairman of the Board of the Bandırma Chamber of Commerce, and Onur Özden, Branch Manager of Yapı Kredi Bank Bandırma Branch.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Chairman Bahadır Çolak stated that they were pleased to conclude an agreement that protects the financial interests of the Chamber’s employees and provides them with additional benefits. He said:

“Following negotiations conducted with the interests of our employees as our top priority, we have finalized a salary promotion agreement that will provide meaningful financial support to our staff. We are pleased that our employees will benefit from a favorable promotion payment under this agreement. I would like to thank Yapı Kredi Bank and its Bandırma Branch for their constructive approach and the advantageous offer extended to our employees. I wish this agreement will be beneficial for all of our staff.”

Onur Özden, Branch Manager of Yapı Kredi Bank Bandırma Branch, also expressed his satisfaction with the agreement, stating that he was pleased to continue the Bank’s cooperation with the Bandırma Chamber of Commerce and wished the protocol success for both institutions.

The parties expressed their hope that the salary promotion protocol would bring lasting benefits to the employees of the Bandırma Chamber of Commerce.
