LEAN TRANSFORMATION TRAINING UNDER THE KOSGEB CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT PROGRAM

Members of the Bandırma Chamber of Commerce whose projects were approved under the KOSGEB Capacity Development Support Program participated in a Lean Transformation Training delivered by trainers from the Kocaeli Model Factory.

Throughout the training, participants explored a wide range of topics aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of their businesses. The program covered process improvement methodologies, productivity enhancement practices, waste reduction techniques, and the development of a sustainable production culture.
