Within the scope of company visits carried out in cooperation with the Bandırma Chamber of Commerce and Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Technology Transfer Office (BANÜ TTO), Bandırma Has Un Fabrikası Ltd. Şti. was visited.

The Power of Sectoral Specialization Was Observed on-site

During the visit, information was obtained regarding the production infrastructure, operational processes, fields of activity, and sectoral competencies of Bandırma Has Un Fabrikası Ltd. Şti., which has a wide product portfolio such as industrial, frozen food, bread-making, special-purpose, and boutique flours.

During the meeting, the company's strategic development areas and joint studies that can be carried out within the scope of R&D, innovation, and academic cooperation were also evaluated.

The Meetings Paved the Way for Future Cooperations

The visit was carried out with the participation of Bandırma Has Un Fabrikası Ltd. Şti. Business Development Manager Efe Toru, Business Development Specialist Emre Toru, and General Manager Yusuf Kural, alongside Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Technology Transfer Office General Manager Asst. Prof. Dr. Hatice Batmantaş, Technology Transfer Office Vice Manager Lect. Fuat Berke Gül, and Bandırma Chamber of Commerce Project Coordinator Yağmur Sungur.

In the meeting where sectoral developments, university-industry collaboration opportunities, and joint projects that can be implemented in the future were discussed, evaluations were made on the roadmap for developing cooperation.

The Bandırma Chamber of Commerce continues its efforts to identify the needs of its members on-site, produce projects that will contribute to the development of businesses, and strengthen university-industry collaboration. Member visits are planned to continue with companies operating in different sectors in the upcoming period.
